Shaft Torque

Can anyone explain shaft torque please ?

Eg Shaft one weight Flex S Weight 59g Torque 3.5

Shaft two Flex S Weight 63g Torque 4.1

how do you get benefit from those extra torques - swing speed ?

the torque figure relates to how much a shaft will twist, i believe as a percentage. The harder you hit it (or more you load the shaft on the downswing) then the less torque you want in a shaft
