10* launch and 14 yds is very low, the pull/hook of 30 yds also doesn’t help.

FWIW, found a comparable shot from my Toptracer:

Ball speed: 145mph
Carry: 219 yds
Total: 233 yds
Launch angle: 13*
Apex: 27 yds
Landing angle: 38*
Hang time: 5.9s
Curve: R 5 yds

So if you can swing to get the ball speed to 145mph and improve strike/launch conditions you can potentially gain more distance

A Trackman session will also give you angle of attack. That would be good to know, because that ball speed should be giving you more carry. I have a feeling you'll be hitting down rather than up on the ball. And I don't know if any shaft would help fundamentally alter that.
