shaft torque figure

Is the shaft torque figure related to how flexi the shaft will be ? ie the higher the torque figure the more flexible the shaft will be ? say we had 2 ladies graphite shafts, one with a torque figure of 3 and the other 4.6 would the 4.6 one be more flexi ?

You're right about the higher the number the more flex, but it's twisting flex rather than backwards and forwards like we'd usually think of flex being.
