I am looking at set of irons that have project x 6.o precision shafts which are advertised as stiff and non flighted.
Some reports say that the 6 means they are extra stiff.
If it helps my swing speed with a driver is about 108mph and I hit a 6 iron about 180-185 yards.
Would these be too stiff for me and what does non flighted mean ?

Non flighted is the standard shaft, Flighted is a different design which varies the kick point more to get long irons up and keep short irons down.

PX 6.0 is roughly midway between TT DG S300 and X100. Whether they would suit you or not depends on more than swing speed, but based on swing speed alone, I would say they are probably spot on, and if you changed them to another flex it would probably be 6.5 rather than 5.5. PX can feel rather boardy and dull, but that are very popular on Tour. I had a set of MP62s with PX 5.5, driver swing speed 100-102 and I found them very playable.

My driver speed was 107, but I only carry my 6 iron about 170 ish (if you meant carry not total), and was fitted for PX6.0 if that helps.

As Ethan said though, it's not ALL about swing speed.
