Does anyone have an idea how PX5.0 and Ping Awt R flex compare, i have a 6 iron speed of roughly 80mph according to Mizuno DNA , I'm struggling with a back injury so the PX6.0 I have i struggle to get the best out of them.

Does anyone have an idea how PX5.0 and Ping Awt R flex compare, i have a 6 iron speed of roughly 80mph according to Mizuno DNA , I'm struggling with a back injury so the PX6.0 I have i struggle to get the best out of them.

Ping AWT is a flighted shaft, so the feel is a bit different between longer and softer irons, but PX5.0 is likely to feel a bit stiffer than AWT across the board. AWTs are generally considered to play similar in flex (or a shade softer) than TT DG R300, and PX 5.0 is a bit stiffer than TT DG R300.

I agree that PX6.0 is going to be hard work with 80mph 6 iron speed.
