Selsdon Golf Course to close

I don't know enough about timescales on this stuff, but won't it be pretty wild by now? Fairways, rough, etc probably just needs mowing, but won't the greens require huge work to get them back to greens?

The greens needed improved irrigation so reopening of the course would be the perfect time to do it.

I’d love someone like the group who own chart hills/princes to get it. If it were to be announced that a golf chain had secured it they would have my deposit for a members slot within 24hrs
