A friend of mine recently purchased one from AG and it's the model that has the adjustable heel/toe weights. For some reason he didn't get the tool, set up booklets or any weights with it. Is this normal for scottys to come like this. Given the fact it was £200 I would have expected the tool and some sort of set up book?

you dont get any spare weights so you dont need the tool or a set up booklet.

You don't get spare weights with the r11 but it still comes with a weight wrench and setup booklet. Seems a bit pointless if that's the case.

the r11 has different settings where the putter doesnt. as nice as scotty cameron putters are they are vastly overpriced.

The weights are so the manufacturer can set the same head up for different shaft lengths, not so the owner can mess about with it.
