A full shot with a SW? I'd pick up a 9 iron.
This +1
sand iron is used for bunkers and flop shots, nothing else.
Anything longer is a PW or a 52

go on then, do tell?
My 54° is good for 90 yards, the 58° is about 75..
Not knocking anyone on here, but it seems strange to me that some don't like to hit a full shot with the high lofted clubs. I'm not saying anyone's right or wrong, we all use what we use in our own way to try and achieve the lowest score. For me a club is a yardage, not a number (as in 5iron) and my preference is to play a full shot over a 3/4 or knock down or however else you describe it.
Anyway, my point is I always like to try and take something away/learn from others, so I'm thinking I should maybe start working on some set yardages with a 9 or PW for when I have a straight shot in with no trouble in front.

there is so much chance of quitting on a half shot than a full shot .
well thats how i play anyway.
Not if you play them with the right technique.
Shorter backswing, shorter followthrough and normal acceleration
