Quick one for you lot north of the wall, can the general public walk around Royal Troon?
A friend is up near Ayr for a break later in the week and he's asked if it's possible to have a nose around.

I think you would be welcome in the pro shop, the clubhouse I'm not so sure.

There is a lot of memorabilia to see, so maybe worth asking at reception.

The Ayrshire Coast Path runs alongside the course between the beach and the links, so no problem.
You can also use the path to walk by Old Prestwick.
