Just back.....wow two great courses. played tom morris yesterday (thought that was great}, then sandy hills today, in a different league. Hitting the ball ok, so enjoyed it alot. Very long and tight. in one word {magnificent}

Told you you would like it. Only thing is they know how to charge for stuff a dozen balls (pro V) for something like €70

Two fantastic courses and I would recommend them to anyone.

Played them earlier this year, including the 9 holes up on the hill which were part of the original course- includes one hole where the 2nd shot is over a road and 2 stone walls. Sandy Hills is both brutal and awesome- makes Ballyliffin look like pitch'n'putt.

Had a wander round there a few weeks back when on a family holiday 2 fantastic looking courses,looking to play them next year when im back in June.

We can play them for €10 during the winter with a society around 6 times on both courses. Mucho bargain!!

Even with the single figures you will find it tough - bring a few spare balls - some landing zones are as wide as a tee box - awesome course tho

People always say that but I have yet to lose a ball round there, and its worse if you are off the blacks
