Decent golfer and an all round good guy.

Was lucky enough to have him as the Captain over a few days at an event many years ago and they remain very pleasant memories.

Sad news. I see it was a few weeks ago.

If my memory serves me well he was the was the 'go to' guru for the short game in his day.
