Just a thought, but a criminal is not a criminal until they are convicted of being a criminal. So at what point are we suggesting removing their rights ? Only asking ...

But had the criminal been convicted of an offence previously thereby being a criminal before he started their second criminal offence (which they are waiting to see the beck). :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

If a policeman sees someone committing a crime and arrests them are they a suspect or a criminal? If the person was seen doing it they are hardly a suspect. There is no suspicion but they haven't been convicted. Are they innocent when they were seen, plain as day, committing the crime? Innocent until proven guilty seems at odds with the known truth - not suspicion.

Everyone has rights , what level of those rights will be determined by your actions , if you commit a crime then you will be charged and tried by the court of law still retaining some level of rights. If you are then found guilty you will have some levels taken away if you are sent to prison , but you still hold basic human rights .

For the second time in a week the OP has decided to edit his opening post of a thread to something nonsensical
This shows total disregard and disrespect to those members who took time to contribute to the thread and we cannot condone these actions

An infraction has been issued resulting in a holiday from the forum

This thread will now be closed as without the opening post it is a bit pointless
