Hi, I’ve always felt better wrapping my right hand more over the left hand.
I feel it helps return a more consistent flat face on the club even if your swing wasn’t 100% accurate at any given time.

I was watching a video on YouTube today and they referred to it as a ‘weak right hand grip’, which I never knew was a name in it.

Does a weak right hand grip also mean it results in a weaker swing speed / distance, or is it just a way of describing a style of grip?
 
A weak grip, hands more on top of the grip without few or any knuckles showing on your left hand (as opposed to a strong grip, with more knuckles showing on the left hand) is associated typically with a open(ing) face, and the strong grip with a closed/closing face.

A lot of great players use a weakish grip in order to hit a reliable fade or reduce hooks.

If it works for you, don't fiddle with it. The draw is a seductive mistress but can draw you into a very dark place from which a return to a fade is very difficult.
 
If you’re comfortable with your grip and you’re hitting fairways and greens I would not change it. But it’s one of the first things a pro would look at if you had issues.
