Returning a brand new car

So, you got a brand new faulty car but accepted another second hand car?

You said it was on pcp. Are all the pcp terms the same or better? Often pcp loan percentage terms are better than the dealer ones. Plus you also often get incentives like down-payment etc.

Not my car but concerned you have been stung for something that wasn't your fault.

No…
1) bought a brand new car.. became faulty.. engine replaced under warranty.
2) was provided courtesy car while faulty car was being fixed
3) faulty car with new engine was provided when it was available
4) couple of weeks later faulty/repaired car was replaced by a like for like brand new car under the same PCP clauses
