I have two kids - a four year old girl and a 21 month old boy. I only got back into golf again seriously last year (I joined a club in August). Previously I'd managed to play football and cricket but it needs a very accomodating wife/partner. So, in answer to your question, I guess you need to sit down and HONESTLY work out how many times a week you think you'll get out on the course. As soon as junior arrives EVERYONE in the family wants to see you and you spend most of your time visiting!!! I hope to play once a week this year but you'll find that your weekends get taken up very quickly.
