reliability index?

Having been forced into the market for a new car I came across this. http://www.reliabilityindex.com/

Anyone know if it's any good. Any test of known cars I put in seem pretty good as a measure. I'd assume it isn't a bad indication as they are trying to sell warranty on the back of it.

I put "Bob" into it and it came back with "completely and utterly unreliable, wont even go in the direction it supposed to and will always be running late"
