Recommendations for shoes for a heavy chap that wont damage greens

I have just bought a pair of FJ HydroLites with the BOA lacing system. I had the FJ Sports before and find the HydroLites much more comfortable. The sports felt tight on my quite wide feet, whereas the new shoes fit a lot better and are light as a feather.

After my first round wearing them, I could quite happily have carried on as I had no pain whatsoever, which surprised as they were breand new shoes not worn in at all.

Size 11.5 here and a touch under 16st (I am 6'3 though, but could still do to lose a few pounds ;).)
I'm currently wearing Ecco Streets spikeless, and I do find them a touch tight around the top of the feet. I've just picked up a new pair of Puma Mono Lite spikeless (most shops are selling them at around £80) and they are a fantastic fit.. If they're as grippy as the Ecco's are on a wet course then they'll be the shoe of choice...

Thank you gentlemen for your advice, it has proved to be very useful. I went into AG today to get measured, the "computer says no" assistant asked what size shoes I wore, 12 I say, "well that's the size you will be" he says, " and we don't stock 12" "cough". I discuss a few options then ask again to be measured, "where's the measuring thing" he shouts to a colleague. No one seems to know.
I ask if they can order me in a few pairs to try, "no" is the answer. So I wondered how I was supposed to buy a pair of shoes without knowing of they even stood a chance of fitting.
After fifteen minutes of discussion and asking four times to be measured, I eventually get someone bring the footjoy measuring device out. Feet get measured, I am a size 11 medium (left foot) and a 10 wide on my right. So 11 wides footjoy hydrolites have been ordered to test.
Why do I put up with this service? Because I do not want my pro shop to incur costs if I choose not to buy the shoes. With AG I am afraid if the shoes don't fit perfectly they can keep them

If you are thinking of Adidas, try before you buy, i have needed whole size larger than norm in golf shoes and runners..Ecco great quality shoes, also the crossover style shoe maybe a good option for you.
