The guy might have a behavioural difference based in his psychological functioning.
It seems to me that such behaviour is so weird that it has to be something other than plain rudeness.
He seems unable to imagine himself as one of the other players he is with.
My immediate thoughts were autism.
But I could be wrong.
He might be a twerp with a Jag.
