whilst we are on the subject of good deals, why hasn't (or hardly anyone) bought the cleveland range with the free fairway wood. this to me seems like an unbelieveable offer and was lucky enough to get my hands on a hybrid instead of a wood.

Its all in the mind slugger,you know your playing a club with an incredible sole,whilst no one else is.

I have had the R7 Ltd in my bag for 6 months now,I find this driver amazing, for me anyway, and can not see what I could replace it with, and I have tried a few this year.
I am so consistant with it and find the smaller head more visually appealing.
Great driver overlooked by a lot of people I think.

I have the R7 Limited too (courtesy of GM) and its the best driver I've had and I've had a few in my time.

Good point, well made. And even when it's in the bag, it has a head cover on it!

Or is it a bit like when you catch a glimpse of thigh of a young lady thats wearing a split-sided pencil skirt, when you see the sole briefly when you whip the headcover off?

I guess with the Cleveland offer there's not many people looking for a driver and a fairway/hybrid at the same time - even if one is free.
I like my fairways and if I did buy a Cleveland driver and got a 3 wood free I'd probably sell it anyway.

I went for this offer and strangely I love the 5 wood that came free but feel out of love with the driver very quickly and am back to my old FT5. When will I ever learn to stick with what I have......
