Well after being pursuaded to change my budget putter for a decent putter I went and got a YES tracy II, and i have to admit that it has transformed my putting game. The feel that i have with the putter is amazing and the eassier putts that i was missing before i am now sinking easier. Being a newish golfer and despit being only 35 years old and having already a few joint issues ( through many years of non league football ) I am never going to be the greatest golfer, but things like this new putter make a huge difference and has already seen me make my best round of 94 on a par 72 course

I guess what i am tryibg to say is sometime you just cant beat good quality equipment

Well done mate.

Shooting 94 on a par 72 is pretty good shooting for a TOTAL beginner.

Have to admit that my game falls off on the green. Missed putts certainly increase the score.

cheers i usually shoot over the 100 mark but with my new found confidence on the green i hope to make under 100 a regular thing

Get yourself a handicap and start entering a few competitions
Im occasionally getting low 90's myself and its a good feeling to see those scores come tumbling down
