Pure power

Yep, watched him fight a couple of times now, the boy can handle himself that's for sure. It'll be interesting to see if he reaches the same heights as his old man did in the ring. Was a big fan of Eubank Sr.

Used to love watching his dad and Eubank Jnr is a decent prospect no doubt about it. Not been tested yet though. However his next fight is against Billy Joe Saunders which promises to be a great spectacle. A real 50/50 fight with the bonus that they genuinely can't stand each other - which always adds a little something to a bout. I for one can't wait. Great to see such fights of this magnitude happening early in both boxers careers. Perhaps boxing promoters have learned from their MMA rivals that protecting an unbeaten record is not what sells fights.

Eubank Jnr tasted defeat for the first time on Saturday. It was no disgrace though as I mentioned earlier in the thread it was a 50/50 fight and Billy Joe Saunders is decent. Eubank Jnr appeared to get his tactics wrong only turning it on from round 6. Or, if you believe what the papers say his Dad got the tactics wrong. Maybe he would be better off getting a decent trainer in to brush up on his technical boxing as he has all the physical attributes already. He'll defo come again though.

He needs to lose his dad - his dad isnt helping matters with his mouth.

He got his tactics wrong for the first 5 rounds after that he showed his true potential.
He just started too slow, after 6 rounds Ronnie told him he had to step it up after not
saying anything for the first 5 rounds.
In the end he was telling him to listen to him that he had to stop BJS to win.
It was a good fight and BJS showed he was a good fighter but with better tactics
Eubank jr would have won.
His dad is a liability I believe but there bond is really strong so I cant see him changing.
Ronnie is a very good trainer given the chance to do his thing.
