Professional Golf 2024 & 2025

I guess Morikawa has already won the Open then, since most people seemed to think that was all Rory had to do to start winning majors again.

The Renaissance Club is too easy for tour pros, not a good warm up for The Open. They'll be playing a much harder links course in three weeks just as a regular DP World Tour event.

Apparently, they intentionally don't set up the Scottish Open course hard because the players don't want to get beat up the week before a major.

Course looks superb, although no defence with the weather so good and only getting better as the week goes on.
As a Scotsman though, I wish they would rotate the Scottish Open, we have got so many great courses and we need to show them off!!!
Agreed 100%, don't really follow much Pro golf but is it not about the money, plenty of money at the Renaissance, even the members at the attached Archerfield estate (from whom Renaissance bought the land) are kept out by huge gates, just in my personal opinion mind !

It’s tough to get courses to host the events which is a shame as there are some brilliant links courses that could host it
