In Korea - Bland has fallen away, but BDC only had a 1 shot lead after 9. Despite 3 birdies in next 5 he's now level with Howel 3 who's -8 for the day so far!

Up early so I thought. Why not give the Liv coverage another go.
How does anyone watch it for any length of time? They really need to take the less is sometimes more approach. The leaderboards and graphics are a complete mess and detract from the golf and there is far too much chopping about between cameras.

Here's a thought, maybe because everyone is different.
For me the Sunday coverage has been borderline too passive, but obviously focusing more on the leaders. TBF the caddy conversation with Howell on 13 was decent, talked him into the shorter club and hit to 5 ft.
Perhaps you are just accustomed to what you are used to and that's fine. Not everyone likes the same films, music, etc.

LIV Golf is a disruptor by design, its goal is to offer something different, not replicate the PGA Tour.
As with anything disruptive, some people will love it, and others won’t — because by nature, it breaks from tradition and offers a new experience.

I can't always align with how he goes about things, but he is 'box office'.
Steamroller the putt in on 17, could have been 8ft long if didn't drop.
Two shot lead on 18th tee, doesn't nudge it down, instead hits 360 into the hazard boundary, dry but with side Hill lie. Birdie.
Poulter finally finishes in points position, was T7 until dumping it in the water near the end. T13.

Now call me a problem-solving genius but when playing for millions of dollars, would it not be worth spending $100 on a rangefinder that simply doesn't have any of the forbidden features - therefore removing this risk.
Also, call me a business genius but ... I get it's only 3 weeks in, but bringing out a "competition-spec" rangefinder seems an absolute winner as it essentially means removing features from the product but you could charge a premium price - at least until people catch on

The slope rule for rangefinders needs to go in the bin.
I guarantee 1000's of people are using it in competitions, intentionally or not.

Rule 4.3a - you can't use equipment to measure slope other than suspending a club as a plumb, as you'd often see on the greens.

Watched a little LIV before heading up to Darlington to drop the youth off, looked like Charles Howell had a real go at it in that final round, but got to be pleased to see the current needle mover take the win.

When he brings his A game he definitely is imo.
The rest of the field are probably just hoping he turns up with a cold putter.

It’s going to be his first win this year and at standard PGAT event where the field is prob not the strongest
