I did, and unless not clicking into the right pages, there is no explanation of the technology nor data of tests results. There is just advertising claims with no backup : increases ball speed, reduces vibration, higher energy transfer, etc.
Admit 'vibration' is a new one to me. Have never heard the likes of 'He didnt quite catch that one, must have been a little too much vibration in his shaft'.
why are you asking me, I’m no expert why don’t you ask them?

There’s a contact form on their website

Dave Hicks isn't some goofy fly by night. He specialised in putting and developed this anti vibration device that you had inserted into the shaft of the putter shaft. I remember trying some of his putters at a golf comp at the London club I think it was. There was a sublte difference between putters of the same model with and without the device, but whether it would suit or be a worthwhile item I cannot say.
When I tried following it up a while later, it appeared Procore golf had taken over/control of his insert device, but when I tried contacting them they never came back to me, so I never went any further with it.

I'm sceptical about the advantages any of those claims would actually provide. I like my putter precisely because of those particularly 'feel' attributes. I'm happy to believe that stuffing something down a shaft would alter the feel though - just not that it would necessarily improve anything to the extent of being worth the cost, effort and risk (of not liking the feel!).
I do remember seeing a Dave Hicks connection some time ago (I have a couple of his putters) too.

I believe they were in AG a few years ago, not for a significant time though. Be interesting to know when homie had his fitted and when he was misinformed

Had it fitted a good 5-6 years ago. Asked last year when I decided to refurb my original Anser 2 as I thought it would help especially as the sweet spot on the original Anser's weren't that big
