Print Subscription to Digital Subscription

Hi...how do I cancel my print subscription? I have just purchased an iPad and prefer reading it on the iPad (as well as getting the extra content), so looking at taking out an iPad only subscription (if things exist!).

Is there any downside to cancelling the print subscription, but maintaining a digital subscription?
