Do you mean Reigate Hill? That has a lake on Hole 14. Reigate Heath is twice around a nine hole.

And at least 50 geese that crap everywhere and basically ruin my enjoyment of that course every time I play it! ?

Our fairways are in pretty good condition all year, it's helped we have mats in winter so go straight onto fairwsys that are superb. I have noticed that most played I've caddied for this year still give themselves a better lie onnthe fairway, esp if its a tight lie, from what I can see there was nothing wrong with anyone the lies they had. So wonder if people are spoilt at times and have lost the eithos of "play it as it lies" but I'd make the exception wet and muddy tbh.

Westerham GC. We have a bore hole, so can water freely, but no fairway irrigation, so can't water easily!

I have no problem hitting a 4 iron. A great club into the wind. My current 4 iron is probably like a 3 iron from 20 years ago.
