Has anyone had this? I have a ct6 2025 model and I'm just trying to take the winter wheels off. Can't get them to budge

Pressing down the yellow clip firmly and they won't move

Put a bit of wd40 on them. Nothing

Just won't release

I hadn't used my CT6 for 4 months or so. Because I use the compact travel bag I reverse the wheels. When I played my first round a few weeks ago both wheels were stuck fast. Managed to get one off eventually but the other refused to budge. I pushed the trolley to the clubhouse to see if they had some WD-40 (no). When I went out to play the round I expected to have to push it around but the journey up to the clubhouse had managed to listen it a tad and the wheel released.

How did you get the one off? They really don't want to move..it's weird that it's both of them and not one

Taking the summer wheels off a few weeks ago when it arrived was a lot easier

The guy who sold me it is gonna call them tomorrow

Below are the wheels that came with my order

These are ones on powerkaddy website .. maybe a new model but very different look

What's the betting they have changed the fitting and the old ones don't fit anymore and will take some surgery to remove.

Update. Been to the pro who sold them. He couldn't get them off, his handy man couldn't get them to budge at all.

So powerkaddy are sending out a box to take it back to remove them. They said it can happen when new (power kaddy not the shop) I've said I'll delay a week get my rounds out of it then send it off for a few days (have offered me a rental one out their club to borrow which is a nice touch)

Have asked the pro to press powerkaddy on these new looking winter wheels. To me it screams they have released a new wheel but not got them on sale yet (this trolley came out Feb 25) so I'm really suspecting a tiny mm change in the fitting has caused this and the new wheels would be fine

So the trolly is back after being sent off last Thursday

They have removed the wheels, however they haven't told my pro why they got stuck .. luckily it's spring now so summer wheels on and he will speak to them and ask what to do about the winters. We didn't want to try again just incase

Below is the winter wheel fitting...

And these are my summers. My money is on they changed the fitting with the 2025 model.
