Powerkaddy problem

I have Powerkaddy Titanium electric trolley. The other week I started my round and the trolley stopped working so I ended up pushing it all the way around. I thought it was the battery so borrowed one and it worked but halfway around it happened again. I replaced the switch and when I got to the course last night it wouldn't start. I borrowed a battery from the pro and tried it and it worked. I then reconnected it to my battery and it stated up ok. I'm just wondering if its the connector although it seems to connect ok. Anyone else had a similar problem and managed to fix it?

Kinhell, Have had this happen so often that I have been in contact with PK, And they are willing to exchange my Freeway ll, for a Freeway if i pay £120, Its been in the repairers for a new controller twice and then they found out the wiring to the display was wrong, so after re-wiring it, then developed a completely new fault, to say Im not happy is a understatement.....
