Powakaddy plug and play battery on off switch.2020 model

Battery refuses to start .
Its the one on top of the battery.
I took the cover off and the switch is a plug in to a circuit board.
it has a 20 amp inline fuse which looks ok.

is there something I’m missing or need a trip to the trolley hospital.
any help appreciated.

No it was a bit complicated so my pro got it fixed for me. £25

Powercaddy now have a Five Year warranty on batteries from 1st January 2024. Must be some logical reason for changing it from 3 years.
