A couple of zips have failed on my waterproof cart bag. I got in touch with the retailer, who asked for some pictures. They have forwarded them to Callaway to see if they are prepared to exchange it (it's unfortunately a few months out of warranty).

Callaway have come back via the retailer and asked me to send them the bag.

I'm playing this afternoon, and will pop into the pro shop to see if they can give me a suitable box. if not, then hopefully the retailer can send me one.

Any suggestions re courier to use, and how much roughly are we looking at for postage?

I used Hermes because of the size, I didn't have a box so wrapped in bubble wrap and rubble sacks.
If you know the weight and size you can get a price on their site.
Parcel2go are worth a look to for quotes.

I use myHermes. You just need to know the weight and you can get prices from their website.

Parcel2go are agents for all the major shippers and you can get price comparisons on their website.

I sold a cart bag a while ago..listed it as collection only because I didn't have a box.
Guy from Scotland bought it, sent down a box via DPD, I boxed it up and DPD collected it the next day..
Must have increased the cost of the bag by 25%:ROFLMAO:
