GM Society day menu

On arrival: Coffee, lots of, hot, black and sweet
Bacon (thick cut, with rind, cooked to order), Rolls fresh and hot, Sauces to choice (Chilli's good)

Lunch: seasonal - Winter, 'eating' soup, doorsteps (homemade bread); Summer, smoked mackerel, horseradish, homemade brown bread

Dinner: has to be the roast lamb at Aspley Guise
