Seems like Kim has pulled out citing an injured thumb. Thought he had a bit of a chance this week too

His thumb has been giving him jip for a while now. They were talking about it during the Quail Hollow tournament. Apparently he's having surgery on it, as he has had problems, causing his other wrist etc to overcompensate and now they are starting to give him trouble too.

After playing the final round with Rory on Sunday he's probably just realised that he has no chance of winning!

sawgrass is a cracking course with some pretty interesting and score busting holes. will be interesting to see what Tiger scores. Just been reading about it on golf.com and he's not had much luck with practice this week.
