Could someone help me identify this putter for my dad? I looked here: https://www.best-putter.com/support-files/ping-collectibles-manual.pdf but didn't see this one! It says Pro on the handle.

It's a Ping Anser.
85029 is a mid 1960s model, have a look on ebay sold listings if you want an idea of the going value.

If by 'handle 'you mean the rubber grip at the top of the club do not go by that, grips get changed on clubs frequently in their lifetime.
