Ping K15 vs Ping G15 vs ??? 3 Wood

Have finally sold my driver (signature to be updated).

With the cash I've made, I want to replace it with a 3 wood.

Simple debate fellas..... K15, G15 or A N Other?

I need something forgiving.

Ive owned both. G15 was longer and spun slightly less for me. K15 was more forgiving and it was very hard to miss the fairway but spun too much and went very high on me. Both great 3 woods but I would give the edge to to G15 and you should pick up a bargain from somewhere.

Average distances for both?

For me the K15 was averaging around the 200 yard mark where as the G15 was around the 210 mark. However a 20.5 Mashie hybrid I could hit 215 so my figures were useless. I can remember when i reached our 530 par 5 1st in two with two G15 3 wood hits, how I done that is beyond me though. If you struggle with a slice the K15 is great but in any other circumstances I would take the G15 anytime. If you want pure distance though my Adams F11 Ti is insane long. I hit it 5 yards shorter than my driver on pure strikes!
