Ping demo day

Well, I popped down to the range to have a play with the new Pings.
Once all the bookings were finished I had a play with the trackman and the different drivers.
Result.....
My G5 was still the longest
The i20 irons however were very nice.

Steady Bob you don't want to be splashing out on new clubs at your age. Presumably it was like a saga convention ?

I thought the g2 was supposed to be th best driver ping ever made?

Obviously it is no titleist, but that was the best they could do.

It is always worth sticking around till the end of these events rather than dissapearing off after your slot. You can usually see the local pros hit some amazing shots. We had a taylormade day at my old club last summer. I went along to try the woods, I had the last slot and they let me have a little longer than everyone else and then I watched the pros try and outdrive each other

It does help if you know them well, if not they usually tell you they are closing up or some other excuse
