Ping customer service email address?

Does anyone have this?

All I can find is the contact us form on the website but I want to include pictures of my clubs and there is no option for that.

Basicly on the toe end of a few of the clubs, the only way I can describe it is it looks as though the face is crawling back up itself, its very strange and have never seen anything like this before but I was having a conversation today with my pro and he said about some markings one of the guys he teaches had on his clubs and I showed him mine and he said they were exactly the same and to contact ping.

you may be lucky and get a link off here, if not id be trying to contact them through a ping reseller (if you bought them from your pro then id be getting him to do it for you!)

Unfortunatly I got the clubs from golfbuyitonline / Hensol golf academy and they have obviously gone under.

Id still look to find a local Ping reseller and ask them to contact Ping on your behalf, I know they dont have to but expect if you find one and ask they would do so for you, or at least steer you in the right direction

Siren, I had a very similar issue with my i25's not long after I got them. I showed the pro at my club, who I got them from, he agreed that it was an issue with the club and not misuse so returned them to Ping. They sent a brand new set of clubs by return - 2 day turnaround :thup:

Ive emailed them through the contact form as it seems the only way without calling them and as im at work thats not an option. I will upload some pictures tonight.

I've had exactly the same issue with my new i25s...only problem is that I got mine through the GM fitting day, so hadn't wanted to appear ungrateful, but if this is a wider issue I'll feel better about getting in contact with Ping!

How you got them shouldn't be important to Ping. It's 'that' you got them that's important.

I'm sure Ping will sort any problem out.

I have contacted Ping through Facebook private message before with regards to clubs, also you can send pictures through it, although you may not have Facebook to do so
