Pine Ridge GC, Frimley. Seve Ballesteros challenge

I played that course a couple of weeks back now and was pleasantly surprised. I would happily play there again anytime but as Homer said, a round does take a little longer than average.

I ran a society event at Pine Ridge where in a field of 40 players, 40 points got you 10th place. The highlight was the winner (48 pts) being called a bandit by the guy who came 2nd with 47. Kettle and pot black sprang to mind.

I played the SB challenge on Saturday morning at Pineridge and I shot a 91 (36pts). I’m not going to win it but was my 1st time on the course and I played OK. A little peed off with a few of my tee shots but none the less was a good day weather wise and the 2 playing partners were experienced on this course and made it helpful.

Nice day all round.
