I drove past 2 ladies on horseback today and one of them was looking at her mobile whilst waiting for me to drive slowly past.
I just cannot understand the incessant need for folk to be on their mobiles all the time. I even noticed a guy at the urinals the other day, phone in one hand while, you know what in the other! S'pose you could say he was multi-tasking!

I just don't get how the police can claim to be underfunded, so easy to catch people with mobiles and then they might as well go park up outside the local golf/rugby/cricket club at the weekend and have everyone blow in the tube. Bound to get 10% imo.
