Bloody Vodafone.
Called in to the local Vodafone shop yesterday to explain the problems I'm having with the handset.
Guy in there basically didn't want to know. I showed him what the phone was doing, his answer was "we can't help with "user errors".
I tried to explain that it wasn't "user error" as I know that the PIN number I am entering is correct, it's that the handset won't recognise it.
"What type of phone is it" he says. "A Google Pixel 4a" I replied. "You'll have to contact the manufacturer" he says.
"But it's still under warranty" I replied. "Warranty doesn't cover "user errors".......... exit stage left with the hump.
Spent ages on the Voda website last night, "chatting" to a specialist. Put me through to Tech help.
The techie guy suggested taking it into my local shop for them to assist......................
