HID and I saw Peter Kay at the O2 last night and all I can say is if you have a ticket for this show it is just so so soooo funny, you will love it!

If you havn't got a ticket beg, steal or buy one on Ebay!

Saw this show late last year at the O2...It was very funny. I was lucky enough to get to go to one of his "warm up/charity" shows before the Tour in Bury. The place was tiny, smaller than a school hall, was cool to see him so close up, since we were on the very last row at the O2!

The man knows how to fill a stage.

I was really lucky to get tickets in row 2 from Ticketmaster instead of having to pay bundles on Ebay. He definitely has an aura about him in the sort of way Tommy Cooper did - you just laugh when you see him and before he says anything.

Did he get the double shovel out at the end? :D

Certainly did .... and boy could he play it!

You can see it on Utube!

That for me was the best part of the show (bar the start where I was on the big screen jumping like a loon in Row 3 right in front of him.) We saw him in the Odyssey in Belfast in Feb. Second half was definately better.

how was the parkin chris ;)

After I posted about it I found that HID had been sent home from work feeling ill, so, rather than have any hassel I paid the £20 on line just before I left (saving £5) I would rather have parked at the station but I wasn't sure that she would be ok if it were full or anything. As it happened we got out at the end of the show, which finished at 10pm and got home in Ashford at 11pm - so no complaints!

Thanks for you help for next time though

Chris

Myself & the wife are heading to see him in Dublin on the 29th April so it's nice to hear good reviews of the show.

You'll love it. The first half was funny but I laughed all the way through part 2 and the finish was brill - I wont ruin it for you!
