I haven't listened to Incubus for years but I remember their bassist was awesome. Apparently he goes by 'Dirk Lance'.

Wooten is clearly very talented but he bores me, like a lead guitarist playing a bass, just play a guitar if all your playing is noodling above the 12th feet so on the same octave as a guitar anyway. There said it.
Two perhaps not mentioned are Duff McKagan, good bassist, as is John Taylor.
