at 28years old is it wrong i still call it pancake day and more so get excited at the fact of having pancakes haha. When i heard it on the radio in the van i was delighted and couldnt wait to get home for pancakes haha. :whoo:

I prefer pancake day to easter. Chocolate eggs just aint a patch on pancakes

i just went for a bit of maple syrup then finished off the mrs' which as lemon and sugar.

I always remember little chef as a kid had cherries and a slab of ice cream. Always a winner in my book

Pancakes, just love them anytime and so easy to make. Also nice with savoury filling. Fill half with cheese and onion(or filling of choice), fold seal edges with egg wash. Dip in flour then egg then breadcrumbs and fry.

All "pancaked up" here.

Lemon and Sugar (the classic)
Nutella (the choccy one)

and

Cadburys Chocolate buttons (melted in the middle of a steaming hot one)

Not bad.

Tried the ones in the canteen at the Royal Berks Hospital. Ideal for re-soling a shoe but crap. Tried a lemon and sugar one and then lashed tonnes of maple syrup on the second to try and give it some taste. HID rode to the rescue with a plate full and numerous toppings after my dinner
