We have a new member who holds a WHS handicap in Kenya.

He has never played in the UK so has no EG membership number of playing record.

I can set him up on the EG system but how do I generate an initial handicap index for him as I cannot access his current playing record?

He needs to provide you with his handicap record from Kenya. You then set him up on EG and duplicate his record by entering his last 20 scores.
