I took a look in here on Tuesday morning and even went against my religion and hit some eggs on the range,I was with my 3 and 5 year old niece and nephew mind!!

Anyhow,what is the course like? It looked nice as I drove up the entrance road but my guess is from the water lying on one of the greens its a course to play in the summer??

My Bro in Law hasn't played it but can get us on for next to nothing so it may be an alternative to Temple Newsham for next year.

Interested in any comments on it.....nice range by the way but they must lose some balls over the fence cos it claims to be 245yards but surely can't be if I was twating it over!

I've played it twice with guys from work who are members there. It as pleasant enough but nothing more than that really. I wouldn't play it at full price.

Played it last year for free! Just as well coz i wouldnt of paid much to play it

I played it when it first opened and didn't rate it. Apparently they have thrown sh!t loads of money at it over recent years but have to have improved considerably for me to play again.

The course isnt too bad but its certainly not worth the full price! There is a lot of standing water in the winter and it can be quite a slog. Interestingly you say it has a nice range, I personally think its horrible, all the mats are falling to bits and hardly any of the power tees work. By the way they use Nike 3/4 distance balls.
