Has anyone else experienced issues with contacting them recently? I swear I’ve used them before with no issue at all

This time sent me incorrect club.. have emailed twice (once Friday once today) no reply. Tried calling them Friday and Saturday yet the phone number kept failing

Also tweeted them twice

No reply

Any one else had this issue?
 
Not with then directly, but they're owned by AG and I've tried to contact them about not receiving the £10 voucher and been blanked

If they don’t reply by Friday which is 7 days I think I’ll raise a dispute on PayPal.. even though I don’t want to it’s just some companies reply much quicker when the fear of PayPal getting involved is on the table

Very odd indeed .
