One's Jubilee

Had a fantastic day at Edwinstowe cricket club today in the heart of Sherwood Forest. Must of been close to a thousand people there. Loads of families there. The amazing thing was nigh on everyone was talking and catching up with folk and hardly anyone was
 
Highlight for me was on Friday unexpectedly seeing the Red Arrows in the skies above Alcester in Warwickshire. There was an air show at Ragley Hall.
Made up a bit for having its recent application for city status refused.
Alcester is quite a place. Roman museum, nearby 2 stately homes (Ragley and Coughton) and arguably the residence of the real William Shakespeare (Fulke Greville).

Makes me feel young to think I've lived through every single year of the Queen's reign.
