Bob, the green truck in these pictures has been altered to make it blue in the latter ones. If you look at the last picture there are THREE trucks in the water ..... Someone has been playing with the picture editing suite.

I googled "truck in harbour" or similar and found the full story on this, sadly, it's a hoax.....or at least the last photos are.

Made me laugh though.....if you saw something like that in real life, you'd never get over it....
