I had my smart metre installed by ovo before going to them

They are brilliant

I have their go tariff for the car which tbh id suggest everyone who can get on even if you don't have a car as their day rate is 1p cheaper on the go tariff and the night 4 hours at 5pphkw means you can put stuff on timers and save cash

They were meant to use our smart meters but they still ask for monthly readings??
I'll contact customer services see if I can set this up.

I have never been asked for a metre reading from them

Are you smet 1 or 2? 2 works with everyone 1 goes dumb when you switch. Is suppose to be being updated to go smart again but mine never did so just went to 2

Try emailing them, they normally very good. They had forgot to bill me last month I dropped them quick email and got back within hour with the bill
