Nike Covert Irons

Think they look stunning irons and know they play stunning. Had the demo clubs out from our pro since Thursday and the feel from them and the way they sit at address is awesome. Could be my next purchase. Bit dubious tho as I hit my current irons superb and don't want a case of once I buy I can't hit them. Anyone else hit these?

I haven't hit them but i agree they look great and fill you with tons of confidence.
whats the retail price?

Retailing at £440 in our club shop, got an £80 voucher from winning a texas scramble last July, but I think I could get him down to £400. My clevelands cg16 are only into there 3rd season. If you can get a chance hit them

I've got one of them. To be honest you can't see the cavity bit at address and it just looks normal, well I think the red looks smart. Have yet to play around with the adjustability, but in the first setting I did it has made my hook a lot less pronounced (and yes I know I should get lessons, but why bother when you can spend money to sort it out )

I actually like the colour & Nike swoosh. It is the cavity that put me off,suppose ya right about not seeing it at address.

I had the ol Slingshot irons mate and loved them. In my humble opinion Nike are very under rated, especially irons. Can't speak of the Covert irons but only got good things to say about the Nike irons I have hit in the past

Not for me. Look too chunky. Would prefer the Pro combo set if I was going down the Nike Road. Not to say of course that they won't suit a lot of golfers and like everything it has to be worth hitting just to eliminate them from your shopping list or not

Tbf tho they're bound to be chunkier than the Pro Combo's as they're GI irons.
