Not a fan of rusty wedges. Somehow they never fill me with confidence behind the ball. Its the same with a dirty clubface. I always feel like I'm going to hit a bad shot. I thought the spin from rusty clubs was debated a while ago and the consensus and the information supplied seemed to think it made real difference

There is a podcast by Bob Vokey on 'the sand trap', and he says there is no evidence that a rusty wedge spins more. He has been designing wedges for 30 years, has lot's of computer data, and feedback. If he says it is bunkum, it is good enough for me.
